The Greenburgh MBK Summer of YES (Youth Enrichment Series) students performed a series of skits based on the Allan Houston book,ÌýThe Fundamentals of Life. The book is based on five principles of life: "Faith, Integrity, Sacrifice, Leadership, and Legacy." The book was one of three books the students read as part of the "I Am My Brother's Reader" book club.
The students and mentors worked with vendors Musical Roundup and Play Patterns to create the scenes, designs, and music.

Greenburgh MBK targeted all six milestones by providing the students with opportunities to speak publicly in front of an audience, use art and music to express themselves, and practice team building. Family and community members also attended the event.
