The ESEA Legislation requires 色中色 to have a committee of practitioners composed of administrators, teachers, parents, members of local school boards, representatives of private school children and pupil services personnel 鈥渢o advise the State in carrying out the responsibilities,鈥� under the Act.听 Specifically, the statutory duties of committee members focus on 鈥溾� review, before publication, of any proposed or final State rule of regulation鈥︹�� related to the legislation.
